This research was developed with the purpose of to rescue the contributions received during the class General Haematology I, and that allowed us confront what they have learned in the classrooms of the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca , with the reality and improve the vision of the bacteriologist to the process of management and control of a clinical laboratory.
At first, the working group were asked about the control processes taking place in health institutions, whichallowed us to propose a methodological approach to develop a comparison between the real situation ofthree different levels of clinical laboratories located in different parts of Colombia, and likewise to make areflection, as opposed to managing the health of patients admitted to them.
For starters, it looked possible places to which they could attend and learn about the different attention skills,patient management, sampling, sample handling, clinical examination process, quality control internal and external, management reagents, washing the material, work areas, laboratory capacity, equipment and reference values,and then, compare then and to discover the strengths and weaknesses of each of thelaboratories visited.
In a second stage of the visit to each laboratory, investigating each of the clinical trials, and likewise clarifying the dudes that were in the path before them, taking the necessary data.

After making the inspection process, we compare the three laboratories and found some very good and very bad, but above all, having good results against the research, finding that the reality of patient management is hard work daily, and on the teaching commitment we have to be a comprehensive professional tomorrow.
